We are having problems when writing an XML with certain Chinese Characters which throws up the error of "Surrogate pair Invalid problem: "
We have some Chinese unicode data in data base. When we load that data in dataset and try to generate XML using '[login to view URL]' command (in [VB.NET][1]) then we get error "Surrogate Pair is Invalid" .
We want a simple a small application in .NET which overcomes this issue
We also try to generate XML Manually by writing node by node then also we get that same error. This is happening because in our database we have some data like "阿呆对媒婆说᩟卒ᵏ恎㩏啬ꆍᆋ템ཙ큶葎S㱷学⽷蹶蓿Ś鉚䙖哿ᩢᅎ䭒䵥ㆍ悋蛿ఠᲐ템ཙ큎w㱜ㅷ୎੏恎蛿Ġᴠ☠⛿ἠ☠⛿ἀધ" in which it has some character which are having value larger than 2bytes (16 bits). That characters are getting split in two characters each of 16 bits .
When we tried it convert it to base64 it still did not solve our problem, but it is not feasible in our context because of the context in the way the other things are build around
