We require the expertise of a proven and experienced developer/coder that can serve us as a technical consultant to help us get started with our major website development. Before we get started, we would like to ask several layman questions and receive expert answers from the technical consultant for us to evaluate the scope, extent and costing of the project. You must have strong English communication skills and must not hesitate speaking with us over Skype. This is a must and we don't entertain anyone that wants us to communicate via Email or other mediums. We already have several queries to begin with for our phase 1 and hence need someone to make himself/herself available right away. Providing the right inputs and answers will lead to a larger project where you will possibly get an opportunity to build this large website for us We will pay a flat rate price of 100 - 150 USD and require 10 hours of consulting over Skype Best wishes - Kris
