544466 Facebook Fan Page (design and set up)

Hi there, I am in need of a designer who can design me a facebook fan page as well as set it up through my current facebook account. I want the design to be similar to my website www.churchillbrighton.com. I want the logo on the website to be the logo for the facebook fan page. I do not want the facebook like button, I would want my own one designed and added on to the page. What I want is when the like button is clicked, I want it to reveal a a discount/promotional code (which they will then use on our website to get their discount). On the fan page, I would want there to be some text and images with a nice arrow saying GET 10% OF YOUR STAY NOW BY LIKING OUR PAGE and have a faded bit underneath all of that and when the page is liked the faded bit reveals the discount code. There will be a few facebook tabs on the left under the image such as Photos, How to find us etc.. - nothing too technical!
