479750 Magento 1.5 upgrade- Paypal Webpro - 3d Secure - Design- VPS

Hello, I need a competent webmaster with a good Magento experience and VPS based website(Dreamhost). There is currently an issue with my Paypal connexion with my magento version 1.4.2 that was upgraded a couple of weeks ago- everything is working smoothly except this- it was running fine before- You shall upgrade the stable version 1.5 and and fix this issue- The messages : "PayPal gateway rejected the request. User authentication failed" or when trying with a credit card on the website the message "This card has failed validation and cannot be used." Please bid only if you can resolve this issue. I will provide any information needed. There is as well a few design change and a couple of text to modify, and one page on the CMS to add, nothing really complicate - see the full detail of the project below - 1- Upgrade to the stable version of 1.5 and Fully Implement Paypal Website Payment pro integrated with Paypal Express checkout and 3 D secure fully working in the website. Card accepted VISA, MasterCard , Maestro , SOLO, Discover, PayPal. 2- Configure the new Private server VPS and troubleshooting for the website- Dreamhost based 3- Upload the catalogue in Google base 4- Make sure the website runs fine on the main browser including IE 7 and above. 5- Change the button “add to Cart” to “Add to basket” with a change in the design – Colour will be provided - Change as well the colour accordingly (same colour) to the buttons: “Checkout” – “Apply coupon” – “Continue shopping” “update shopping Cart” on the same format than the “Add to basket” 6- Modify slightly the position of the button Proceed to checkout to make them parallel and improve a bit the design adding a gradient and a small stroke and a small narrow white as well – visual example will be provided 7- Change the button « Subscribe » to « Sign-up » and change the current text “Subscribe to our free e-newsletter, and get new tips every two weeks” to “Subscribe to our newsletter to receive exclusive news & offers “ I will provide a visual example- – The new button be with a slight grey gradient and a darker grey stroke with a little narrow. Please add the text in the empty box “enter your e-mail address. 8- Change the text on the box “Hot products” to “Special offers” and Add a box (Page) “about us” on this part the actual existing one or another one as the most simple is for you using the CMS - There a simple code but I couldn't implement it on the CMS.
