Migrate existing site to WordPress and vBulletin

A current website ([login to view URL]) based on a Joomla CMS platform with Community Builder implemented needs to be converted to a Wordpress solution. The current site contains a forum based on the Fireboard plugin, which needs to be converted to a vBulletin stand-alone, but integrated forum. The project specification and detailed requirements have been attached as a PDF document (E-Bar v2.0 description for [login to view URL]). Please note that in order to be considered as a candidate for this project freelancers must state clearly in a private message that the payment plan, the process described and all tasks and requirements in "E-Bar v2.0 description for [login to view URL]" will be covered by the offer given by the freelancer. Please provide clarification in case you are not able to comply or if you have suggestion for the project that may differ from the requirement specification. If the offer is only covering parts of the tender, this must also be clearly specified by freelancer. The freelancer bidding on this project accept that any private message written to the project owner prior to the project being awarded is part of the agreement between the freelancer and the project owner.
