php auto creates HTML webpage

I need a php script that will create a new web page using html/php code that I include on an existing web page, and upload that new web page to the same server under the same domain name. Example: You click a button on a web page (such as [login to view URL]) and the script creates a new web page with code that I have provided and your name as the name of that page (/[login to view URL]) and publishes that page as an html file under the same domain ([login to view URL]). There are many php/ftp scripts available that use a form to upload a file from the user's drive. I don't want/need to allow the user to select a file to upload. I only want the user to be able to upload the web page that I specify. Regards Budget $30-$50
