Php 5.3 work done.

I need work done in php 5.3 and mysql database. Really no design needed. I need this done in 3-4 days time. I'll pay $90-110 for it. Basically what we are doing is converting an asp coded american ball bet on games type site. We are having an issue with the login encryption and basic stuff that is easy to do if it wasn't converting the asp work. We are in a rush, so the asp work conversion is a script that has 50% of what we need but aspects we need to add too. I attached images for example purposes. But this can be bare bones with no design skill needed. As we are putting this into something that has a design. So it could look ugliest thing ever. Doesn't matter. All I care about is the programming. Attached is the work description.
