558174 Phpfox V3 Custom Theme Code. Design & CSS & Graphics.

This project is intended ONLY for designers and programmers who are experienced with PHPFOX Social networking script and its core code. This project requires both PHP based CSS template coding and Web 2.0 style graphic design work so a team of professionals would be preferred. Background: I've tried and tested various available themes for Phpfox and found that all of them are just copies of each other with minor modifications in background images and bits of css in the frontpage whereas all inner pages and modules are displayed in the same boring fashion as 10 year old websites. If you are familiar with phpfox core code, you would know if you can edit it to modify the way the blogs, forums and groups and pages LOOK and [login to view URL] example the blogs have a very ugly look which is turning my users away from blogging on the site and the forums and pages the same. Requirements: I am looking for a programmer-designer team experienced with phpfox to revamp the entire website look and feel and create a more robust and sleek web 2.0 look with easily readable text and clean css. Graphics are mainly needed for areas such as the module header backgrounds or section backgrounds which mostly would be some gradients. And other major graphic items would be the frontpage area, buttons and interface. I have several mods and plugins installed and I believe they will be able to fall back on this unique CSS/theme design and be displayed accordingly automatically and same is assumed to happen for mods and plugins I may install in the future, so ONLY someone who is really experienced with phpfox ways of handling this process would be able to deliver. The programming part would be enhancing the way blogs and forums are displayed, meaning the way threads are displayed and threaded conversations are displayed. Right now it is one of the ugliest forums no matter which premium theme is used on phpfox. If you know other major forum displays and how they look, you will understand what I mean when you compare it with phpfox forums. My site is based on a particular user group and niche, closer to gaming community so I would like it to have some fun and leisure look but professional and clean not childish. I give the users ability to modify their profile designs which is a feature of phpfox but I do not allow them to change the header part except offer them 2-3 "styles" which are basically 5 different color of headers to match their own background and profile colors. I would like to do the same with the custom theme. I want the frontpage/login page to be more attractive with panels displaying latest site activities, posts, members, etc to attract new users, I believe phpfox blocks can be used to generate the content but I need the custom theme to incorporate that content in a sleek and clean design integrated into the website theme seamlessly. Although I am aware there is a lack of programmers and designers in the phpfox community, I would like to see some of your past experience and projects to be able to give you the project and I might need to discuss more details before the project is handed to you. I WILL NOT pay everything in advance but I am open to escrow 50% when project begins, and 100% escrow before final delivery and release escrow on delivery after development and live-testing on terms that escrow will be cancelled if you are not able to deliver. I will be professional and document your delivery, testing phase on SL to protect your business but I do not want someone who is just 'trying it out' but delivers something which does not work when testing it on the development site. Please I request you not to bid on my project if you are reading about phpfox for the first time and if you just 'wanna try'. Trust me, phpfox is a messy animal and what I am asking involves prior knowledge of phpfox functionality and its behavior with thirdparty themes and integration plus it involves some coding, extensive css and graphic design work. If you can deliver only one of these aspects, you might not be able to complete this project. I do not have any example sites of phpfox to show you because none of the sites have the sleek look I am looking for and later I may show you some other platform sites which look much better to me and I may also give you more detailed comments for each inner module I am worried about, mainly blog, forum, pages, groups and overall site fonts, css and positioning integration. I would prefer a fluid css theme which can expand based on browsers and resolutions like most web 2.0 site behavior. I do not want hard-coded theme which will lose its code on upgrading phpfox version, I prefer the theme does not modify the core files unless it becomes necessary and I will need all list of files modified so that I can upgrade safely in future without losing the custom design. I am sure this detail is not enough for you to actually begin the project but this might be successful in giving you an overall picture of the project requirements and what kind of skills are needed to accomplish this task.
