Professional Development Project

I am seeking an auction portal website need for development. I am also looking for a strong corporate id logo for this company which would be used in strong marketing. I am looking for a designer with the best graphic skills in both layout and development. This is a must , and if you don't have strong logo graphic skills or strong layout skills to give a modern development to both the website and logo, please don't bid. I am also seeking good programming skills and basic script would not be acceptable since the website would be unique. Looking to start development ASAP. You must have day to day communication, work fast and efficient, answering question to development issues. Please no generic bids and if you bid please submit some for of your work, so we can see your design quality. If a bid has no design samples they will be removed. I am seeking a positive business relationship. I will require a NDA signed for development. Our Budget for this project is $500.00 USD any bids over will not be considered.
