Site redesign

Despite designing sites one of my own sites is sadly lacking in design and useability. I am looking for someone to design a new html template that I will adapt to suit Joomla. NO TIMEWASTERS PLEASE - if you are not prepared to produce a jpg mockup image of your idea for the front page before I select a provider DO NOT BID. Excellent communications is essential and Yahoo/MSN/Skype messenger systems will be used extensively. I DO NOT want to see lists of sites you have designed/worked on, all I want to see is a mockup design for my site and a price. I am completely flexible on design, but it should be professional, appeal to both corporate users and individuals - clean, fast loading and bright. So, lets see your ideas. Questions via PMB please. For anyone with no feedback yet - please ensure you upload a mockup of your idea for the design when you bid. I am always on the look out for high quality template designers so there is a very good chance of subsequent work for the right person.
