Logon Success Page, Display Picture of Manager and Model (Display Driver Name, Manager and Vehicle Details) 3. Check List Form (Pull checklist items from database that relate to Vehicle, "OK/Attention Required" next to results) Submit Button 4. Submit Confirmation (Record results in database and Email to drivers supervisor) Admin Section Create Managers Create/Assign Drivers to Managers and set DRIVER ID Number Create Vehicle Models Create Checklist Items for each Model Create Vehicle ID and Assign to Models Display / Sort / Export Results of check list Contact for more prioject details
