A website created like deal dump

Please read the entire description prior to bidding. PM any questions prior to bidding to ensure you are clear of the project I want a website exactly like [login to view URL] created, not exact in name, looks, or in any way that i would be in a copyright violation but I want the functionality the same, but with my own twist. Very simple site which automatically takes rss feeds and updated them automatically from the sites you choose to add. This site must be created in such a manor where I can choose which websites feeds are listed along with being able to delete them easily. Also the function also needs a way to change how many feeds can be shown at a time such as 10, 15, 20 at a time or any number. I do not care how long the site takes to create but you will need to create an admin side. Hosting and domain name are already taken care of. Mocks are expected on design and full site creation with training on how to control the admin side. Also an easy way to add advertising banners or links is also a must. Keep in mind I am not looking to spend a lot on this website. This is a one page website to the public and a one page admin side for admin changes. If unclear please PM me prior to bid.
