IS THERE A FREELANCER THAT WILL ACTUALLY DO WHAT THEY PROMISE? FOR THE SECOND TIME I GOT SCAMMED BY A COMPANY THAT PROMISED EVERYTHING I WANTED TO HEAR BUT ONCE I CREATED A MILESTONE THEY DID HARDLY ANYTHING AND WASTED MY TIME. I ENDED UP DOING THE ACTUAL DESIGN FOR THE GUY WHO I HIRED TO DO IT FOR ME. WTF? CANADIAN OR AMERICAN BASED COMPANY WILL BE PREFERRED. I WILL GIVE YOU MOCK-UPS , TEXT , SERVER INFO ETC. - YOUR JOB IS TO DO IT. DON'T SEND ME TEMPLATES WHERE YOU CUT AND PASTE A COUPLE OF IMAGES AND TELL ME THAT IT IS MY WEBSITE AND THAT IT IS DONE. YOU NEED TO DESIGN THE SITE - GRAPHICS, LOOK, FEEL, ETC, DESIGN AND SETUP DATABASE, INSTALL ON MY SERVER. TEST AND MAKE SURE IT WORKS 100% *******READ BELOW MY REQUIREMENTS. - I WILL NOT AGREE TO ANYTHING ELSE*********** IF YOU CAN NOT DO THIS AND IF YOU DO NOT HAVE IT DONE IN 4 DAYS I WILL NOT PAY YOU. I AM FRUSTRATED AND TIRED OF SCAMMER FREELANCERS ON THIS SITE. DON'T BID IF YOU HAVE 30-40 OPEN JOBS AND YOU HAVE NO INTENTION ON WORKING ON THIS ASAP. I need a MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION WEBSITE with a LOGIN section. If you do not get the idea please do not waste time. I need a very particular look so please make sure that you understand what i want before you start. feel free to ask questions. Visually I want a nice looking website. what is a nice looking website? [login to view URL] [login to view URL] etc. if you are not a graphic designer with a style and taste don't waste time. the website will have a LOGIN link that will take my clients (which are doctors) to a secure login area where they will be able to upload their voice recordings that they make daily on handheld voice recorders. Each doctor will have a unique login and own area. when they login and upload the file , my transcribers at the other part of the world will then be able to login from their computer and download the voice file and transcribe it / type it to text. when they are finished typing the transcriber will upload the text file (usually a word file) to a folder called 'complete' (or something similar). the doctor will then login again and download the typed file. THE TRANSCRIBER WILL THEN LOGIN AGAIN AND FILL IN FIELDS FOR PRICE ETC IN MY WEBSITE WHICH WILL AUTOMATICALY CREATE AN INVOICE FOR ME TO PAY THE FREELANCER. IT WILL ALSO CREATE A SECOND INVOICE BUT MULTIPILED BY MARGIN THAT WILL BE PLACED IN DOCTORS LOGIN. THE DOCTOR WILL THEN GO BACK INTO MY WEBSITE AND PAY INVOICE USING PAYPAL/CC. THE TRANSCRIBER WILL NOT BE PAID USING MY SITE It should then notify me that the invoice is paid and in my administrative section I should be able to see who is paid and who is late on payment and by how [login to view URL] will also have to design the look of the website so you must be good at graphic design and excellent at database. This must work perfectly and you must be able to demonstrate that it works as i require. If it works and looks as required, you will have to install it all on my server and make sure that it works perfectly. If i am happy I will possible give you work to maintain the site as well. and i will consider giving you one more website to design. If you can not make the site 100% as asked and fast do not waste time. I will only pay milestones when you can show me a demo of my website fully functional and 100% designed and operational as I require and I will only release the rest of the money when it is installed and tested that it works flawlessly. I prefer the website portion to be so that I can modify and change look easily. Site should be SEO.. The site should NOT look gloomy like most doctor websites. We are not a doctor website. We service doctors. there should be somewhere on the landing page a picture of a smiling female typing or a female doctor smiling. also the SSL seal will need a spot.
