New virtual(ish) website

I want something similar to [login to view URL] / [login to view URL] like a virtual game thing, except I want the theme to be "dolls" dolls as in these kind: [[login to view URL]][1] i want a little board/forum, i want them to be able to build there doll, and build a room. They can buy furniture and stuff with there "dollers" in which they earn playing cool games as on neopets.com. I have more explaining to do, but I am interested in which how much this would cost, I am considering a few people, and want to open my options. Thanks.
