Real Time Graph in VB

I have a problem in that im trying to link my 2 programs together but having difficulty. The first program displays a real time counter incrementing in a text box and the second produces a graph with 2 arrays. I need to Produce a Real Time Graph and i dont know what to do. The program should have an array of a fixed value ie 100, now as a counter is incremented the first index value should contain the first value in the counter like 0.2 or something, then the next index value of 2 with th evalue 0.4 then 0.6 etc. Then when the index value reaches 10 i want to see a graph with the values in the array ie the counter values for the last 5 index places. The counter is then incremented again and the graph should then display the indexs 6-11 then 7-12 and so on until the array reaches its capacity. With the index value on the x axis and the counter value on the y axis The code for the 2 programs is in the other section Any help any one can give will be much appreciated.
