We currently have a website that we are in the processing of upgrading. We intend to utilize Word Press for content management and already created a draft template which can be utilized by the firm awarded with this contract. Qualified parties will be sent the link to view our development site and its DRAFT template before bids are due. It contains our color palette, initial draft graphics, a 50% complete Word Press template, and the basic layout. All content for the site is already created and can be delivered as soon as the template is created. The website utilizes a basic two tier system with a main page that links to supporting second tier pages that house content. There will be a few small flash components on the main page to rotate a list of customers and customer quotes. All quotes and logos are ready for distribution. We reserve the right to end this bid process early if we agree upon a price with an experienced vendor. We believe that you will be surprised to the amount of work that has already been complete. We are merely looking for the right firm to help put the finishing touches on our site and get it ready for launch. We look forward to hearing from you. All bids will require the following elements. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This code must be able to run underneath Word Press on browsers that include IE 6 and 7, FireFox, and Netscape.
