changes to wordpress template

I need to do small modifications to an exisiting wordpress template and move it to another server. small budget project and quick turnaround needed. Exact site details will be given in the PM when requested. here are the mods needed: I need the following changes done 1) Change menu to have the background, make font bolder. 2) When user selects a menu item, make background of selected item red background and white text 3) Change "hot deals" to "Current Promotions" 4) Change Background colour of "specials" 5) remove quicklinks and replace with "testimonials" 6) Add rotating banner that scrolls through various banners - png files and is clickable and editable through CMS 7) Subscribe box on right hand side 8) Remove Cape town tourism banner from footer. 9) make this whole area editable to place logos into. so change size of editable footer region at the bottom 10) Move copyright information and designed by webicty to the bottom of the footer 11) Move wordpress site from site 1 to site 2
