PPV TV site with affiliate program

Dear Programmer, We invite you to quote on this project as a start to a continued relationship in looking after an area of our IT requirements. Our first request is for a smart WordPress developer with attention to detail and one that can think outside the box to use an existing template and plugs linked from this page and build a master website that we can duplicate and roll out to our members by simply changing the header logo, colour scheme and 4 pages of text which identifies the affiliate. We want a Master site created with the ability to roll our Affiliate sites with the same main content (our videos to automatically populate affiliate sites) and individual pages to be customised and updated by the affiliate. See below: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] You will be using the templates (the style) with plug ins to manage all sites from a single dashboard, we will purchase template you modify and populate as per the style of the pdf doc. Add every SEO you can as you put it together. I will have all images optimise and at the correct file size. This site serves as a Pay Per View TV / Video (on demand and live broadcast) for martial arts movies, interviews, TV Shows etc. We use the HOME PAGE as the top rated / featured videos with a prominent link to our full video library. From the HOME PAGE videos they go to a second tier page that gives more detail description of the video and shows the video player. Once they click on the Watch Now! Link goes to a third tier page to purchase a ticket, clicking on that takes them to a Paypal payment system. The website build stops at the third tier as this all goes to our third party TV platform. Links from bottom of HOME PAGE At the bottom of the HOME PAGE there will be a TOP 20 Page of videos which will work as the front page does. Next to the TOP 20 Page link there will be a logo link to a monthly TV guide (50 videos highlighted) Next to the monthly TV guide link there will be a logo link to Full Video Library (several pages will be interlinked featuring 20 videos per page which will be updated weekly). Several other text links will appear at the bottom of each page as a footer. Master administration access Is only available to our nominate company manager Affiliate access Is made available to the affiliate clients to update certain sections of the website via the site login eg: Top Menu— ABOUT - LEARN MOVES - EVENTS - CONTACT To administer this we want to be able to add Affiliates by simply clicking - ‘Add new affiliate’ option for colour scheme, option for header logo this will be hosted on Godaddy or Hostgator. We want to be able to this ourselves but will hand it over to our nominated IT guy to handle this process and add new videos as required. Would like to add our background image / colour scheme too as an option. Search menu options: Find names of all videos, search via key words or full names Looking for a project cost and an hourly/daily fee for work outside scope and additional IT work - updating other websites in Joomla and html currently with Dreaweaver.
