Redo Landing Page - Experienced Wordpress Developer

We are looking for an advanced wordpress developer for our team who is experienced with: - PHP - Javascript - JQuery - MySQL - HTML5 - CSS3 - Parallax scrolling - Creating responsive / fluid designs - Creating Actions / Hooks - Creating Functions This project will be to rewrite one page of a website that was created using "Live Composer" and needs to be done as a php page without using Live Composer. It will have it have the same functionality that it has now - but needs to be browser compatible, keep the same responsive view, work if Javascript is disabled, be W3 Compliant and one of the most important is that the webpage loads quickly without any unnecessary scripts or code. You will have access to all the existing code so you can reference what HTML, CSS, PHP, and Javascript is being used for each section.
