443492 Wordpress Plugin - Must Start Now and Work Now

I need a wordpress plugin custom developed. Using other plugins for core function is fine as long as features needed are there and plugin is "bug free". This plugin will be EXCLUSIVE for my usage. This is LONG TERM work as we will develop this plugin (NOW!) and will continue to modify/improve/enhance it over time. This is NOT a plugin for public release but one we will personally use. Details will be provided in PMB only to those programmers we feel able to handle our needs.
