Wordpress website, change news in homepage, to be shown 1 per row, and not 3 per row + small fixes

An allready wordpress site is build. Is used a simple and clean template, and some fixes must be made more. 1st in homepage, to change the latest news, to be shown 1 per row, and not 3 per row, as reacts now. The layout is responsive of the current template. 2nd will be used the latest news widget of worpdress, and will be modified with new layout. More infos will be given. 3rd, the homepage right now, dont load a top widget which the template supports. user must click the homepage button so the homepage will be load again and the widget will be shown. If someone click the logo of the page, that widget is not shown. All fixes must be clean and professional. Only high level programmer will be selected. Links and infos will be given to PM.
