WordPress WooCommerce Anti-Fraud Plugin

We're a Service-based company utilizing WordPress + WooCommerce to provide services to our customers. We've been getting hit hard by fraud lately and we need a custom plugin to help identify/block fraudulent orders and verify legitimate customers. Our overall goal is to make fraudulent orders/payments more easily detectable and prevent all, if not most of them. We would also like to introduce a 'Verified' (Whitelisting) system and Blacklist System. Our Current Payment Methods: - DalPay, using Official WooCommerce Extension. - PayPal, using built-in PayPal Payment Method. Detecting Fraud We would need an Anti-Fraud Tab / Widget in the Order Details page / Checkout, that displays the following: For Dalpay Payments - Attempted Transactions / Number of different Cards used. - Country of Origin (of the Credit Card) - CVC Check Status - Zip Check Status - Address Check Status And Dalpay also Asked me to Do That : Other sites in the business of unlocking generally add a level of fraud scrubbing themselves during the checkout process, to block those placed using IPs identified as 'open proxies', etc. before redirecting to us to buy. Up to date lists of IP addresses identified as 'open proxies' are available from various sources.
