I have an application hosted online. On that application there is a map of properties. Right now when the property is clicked on, a popup text box appears. A user can enter text and it goes to a mysql db. I need an application that is invisible to users that pulls the owner information from another website and puts it into the db. So when a user clicks on a property the respective owner information appears in the poppup. I also need to add a paperclip to the text box so that documents can be attached to each property. When the poppup is submitted, I need the text, documents saved to the db under that property addresses record.
