What I would need is access to your account (i.e. site URL and login credentials) in order to view the site and how it needs to be automated. Without knowing more about the site and how it works, it is difficult to estimate how long this would take, but from past experience it can take as little as a day up to a month or more. A lot has to do with the availability of offers. If the site is not making offers available, it is difficult to know how the accept process works.
