Build Custom Data Tables on Frontend fed by User Post Submissions in WordPress

I need help with the following case: Users will submit custom posts directly from Front End via forms. For example, I ask them to provide me with the following fields (which are also custom fields for the Custom Post Type I created): A) Username B) City C) Electricity Bill in $ First, I must be able to display these entries on the front-end within a table. After that, I need custom queries as below to be displayed in different tables:    1) Show the 5 highest bills submitted by the users in the current month (custom filtering – should update in case a higher entry occurs. I will need different time spans  - e.g. all-time highest, last month highest etc.)    2) Show users their ranking within the entries (posts they submitted) – e.g. UserX paid $100 bill last month and this amount is the 7th highest in all entries submitted in current month, therefore, he sees something like this: Current ranking: #7 on his post (this is a dynamic field that should change on every users’ post page) The solution should be self-sustainable - meaning easily changeable and replicable if I may need tables with different criteria in the future. I am open to suggestions that offer the use of different plugins such as wpdatatables, ninjatables, formidable forms etc. If this is the case, please mention what plugins you will require to proceed. Relevant experience is necessary.
