I need someone to develop a way for my managers to "approve" time charged by employees based on the Job or Customer using the [login to view URL]'s API. Currently, with [login to view URL] the approval report is employee-based, meaning that managers are assigned employees and approve their employees' time. My managers are responsible for jobs and the employees float from manager to manager based on the job. The manager approves the hours worked for a job each day so assigning employees to a manager won't work for me. [login to view URL] uses an open API and they claim that my request can be done.
