We are building a travel agency for adults, that means erotic touristic guidance
please read very well the document attached before bidding
we are a recurrent employer if you make it good, believe me you will have work the whole year
(before bid ask, make sure you clear your doubts don't risk to get a low rate, we are serious and engaged entrepreneurs do not make us waste time)
1. we ask to make it on wordpress, but we accept you to do not make it on wordpress, but the metadata must be customizable, also all the SEO variables, titles, images alts, sitemaps, friendly URL´S, languages and other SEO important aspects
please use html 5, mysql, php, code igniter, responsive content (can be bootstrap) it must keep loading speed ok for google robots
and our maximum time is 30 days, and you must deliver everything installed in our google cloud account
that includes install php, install mysql, set up apache, and SSL certificate
2. budget is 1200 usd, if you deliver something better than expected we can give you 300 as bonus
3. once awarded you have 1 hour to accept, otherwise w3 will revoke the awarding
4. the delivery time you promise you must fulfill, otherwise you get exposed to reach a low rating
5. if you are the kind of guy who bid low to increase or change the initial conditions, please abstain, we already know that strategy

Now, going back to the technical solution, here's what I'm proposing:
I will build the website as custom solution, meaning core php and mysql as server side coding, twitter bootstrap as css boilerplate, html5, jquery, css3. I understood that you'd like a wordpress build. I'd prefer doing it custom because it will result in a smaller resource footprint solution, faster loading and safer to hacks. I've seen a lot of hacks on wp plugins. The SEO content will be editable from the admin dashboard or by editing a config file. SEO part will have a custom user defined function. If you want more details about how I will do it exactly I'd be happy to provide them over chat, here.
My time frame is at most 21 days. I have to finish before August 26th because 10 days vacation is scheduled then for me. If I'll be awarded I am 100% available now so I could work up to 12 hours daily. I know what I'm talking and I can finish it in 3 weeks, including testing and deployment on your google cloud.
No advance or partial payments needed.
