Hey Dear Software developer, hope you are doing well, We are a small start up who wanna replace the current program which is Oracle BI publisher to a better one and to have easy to use software for a non-technical users with provide a drag and drop feature for creating reports and other features regarding the insights of data alongside supporting xml files, rtf, pdf, etc. mainly, having a app that support reporting system and easy build up for the reports with also friendly use with the database structure. would be great to gain some programs suggestions and your information about which is the best to use and why. thanks and hope to hear from you soon.

Hi, Hope you are doing well. Any application is made considering end user as non technical we do not want users to worry about user manual to use the application unless it is a corporate level application. And for reporting crystal report can be used and reports will be generated with simple filters for example to date , from date according to department etc whatever the nature of the product is. But it will be simple selection so don't worry about user experience. Exact time and budget can be calculated after you provide details about the application. Hope this helps.
