Create contractor calendar and payments database -- 2

I need a database that houses a contractor database and payments. I need to be able to access this from muliple locations so cant be stand alone - but we do have a company cloud server in the form of Dropbox. Basci interface should involve a calendar, where I can flick through weeks that run Monday to Sunday. Down the left I need to be able to add staff that have worked that week. And then for each day of the week type in how much of the day they have worked. So 1 for full day, 0.5 for a half day and so on. I need to be able to add bonus's and penalties for each day and each person. So on Tuesday, I might give worker 1 a bonus of £15 on Thursday worker 3 might have a penalty of £15. Also need one field for each worker that week called 'Materials' which is a £ value I add. Fields required: Contractor information: First Name Lat Name Address (Address 1 2, Town, County, Postcode) Contact Number Email Address Bank Sort Code Bank Account Number NI Number UTR VAT Registered? (Yes/No) - default No Day Rate - how much they get paid for each completed day. £100 a day = so if calendar shows they worked half a day on Wednesday (0.5) they would get £50 before tax on that day. With the day rate in mind, there is a chance they might get a pay rise so we need this to be involved, but if change day rate from £100 to £150 we don't want it to change information for previous weeks! So if looking back at a record, it will show during week 1 rate was £100 a day, but on week 10 it was £150. Tax Rate: a % of the gross pay which we do not pay the contractor but pay ourselves to the tax office. Usuaully this is 20% but wheh someone new starts for first week or two it might be 30% so we need same as above to take that into consideration. And same for VAT. Weekly information required: (this is based off the calendar - how many days they have worked and any penalties/bonus given) -Total Days Worked (Monday: 1 Tuesday 1 Wednesday 1 Thursday 0.5 Friday 0 Saturday 0 Sunday 0 = 3.5) -Payment ammendments - will summarise total value of any bonus or penalties -Labour Total: This is total days worked +- payment ammendments -Materials Total: (See above) -Gross (is materials + Labour) -VAT - Only If VAT registered is Yes - It is Gross divided by 120 x 100 x 0.2. - Tax Deducted - Gross - VAT - Materials x by Tax Rate - Net Payment (i.e money owed to contractor for the week) = Gross - Tax Rate Payments: Sometimes the weeks payment may be made up of two payments. So if they were due £100 I might make 2 payments of £50 to them. I need to log what dates they are - but for the tax return, only the date the payment is completed counts. (see reports). I need to see if I make a payment how much is still owed. Reports: I need to generate from what days they have worked, based on their day rate - how much money they are due for that week. What they work week 1 Monday to Sunday they get paid Friday of week two - I need to be able to preferable have an option to link in with outlook as I email them a summary of what is paid to them, each Friday. I need to submit tax returns each month. So the tax month for payments operates on the basis of the start date is the 6th of each month, the last day the 5th of the next. I need the individual totals for each worker during that period for 3 things: Gross, Materials, Tax Deducted. A printable report would be nice. Key points are quality of layout and ease of use - this is aimed at being a time saving projeect for myself. I currently operate off of a spreadsheet which is an annoyance. I can send what I currently use a spreadsheet, to show the calculations if it doesn't make sense here.
