I need someone to help create a fully automated ISO image based on Ubuntu 18.04 with PreSeed configuration file. The PreSeed will configure the following - default network properties - username & password - Install the following packages from local repository on ISO (ie. without real network access) -- open-ssh-server -- samba -- Apache2 -- MariaDB -- Joe -- Mono-complete -- apache2 Mod_mono Configure Auto Login for next step install user - Run a post install script after installation to unzip and copy application files Remove 2nd step install user As a part of the project deliverables you must be able to document the steps needed for us to add/alter the repository modules on the ISO and how to update the ISO with our application zip file and post install script.

Can help You with creation of fully automated ISO install image, based on Ubuntu 18.04, which use initial settings from PreSeed config file (for initial config of network parameters/user/passwords/installing listed packages from repo, located on ISO/remove additional user creation/run post install script). All steps/operations can be fully documented, as also embedded with info for future update of this ISO (with new/additional packages into disk repo, archive with your specific webapp/postinstall script for unpack/prepare it for run right out of the box after install). To be fair, I have never used PreSeed, but I am building custom ISOs for booting already installed systems quite often and I know the boot process and the structure of the Ubuntu ISO quite well. In addition I have experience with C coding and Shell scripting, so If anything you described cannot be done by PreSeed, I can code Bash, C or Perl script to complete the task. I looked PreSeed docs though and for the moment it doesn't look like it cannot do any of the specified settings.
