custom, inventory managment system, linking to api marketplace and website

Our requirement A all in one program to show our inventory, that links to our supplier’s (via their live links) given live product information and stock levels, so we can see there price, stock levels, product names. we don’t keep stock, so we need to know this information and refresh every one min and get emailed when stock levels go below 20 and if something runs out of stock. We need this program to link with our website too (WooCommerce) and allow us to update the sites products, regarding the following: Sku Product name Product information Regular Price Sale price In stock? Categories This needs to show its own pricing.(the WooCommerce website price is different to our market places.) We need the same program to link to our marketplace, which this marketplace provides all the api information (I will provide what they have provided for developers). We want to automatically update products we are selling on the market place, for example product A says it has 20 items in stock(we don’t keep stock so it’s at the suppliers) and the supplier runs out of stock then we want those 20 to go to 0 automatically. So this program will need to show my complete inventory, update live to my suppliers, link to my website and to my marketplace and update data there live as well. We use Excel to make this work now, so we need something similar to add products in the all in one program. This program needs to be able to run in windows, needs a full GUI and if there is any errors or if something stops working it needs to email two different emails so we know there is a problem. We want to be able to access this over the internet as well, so it needs to be able to connect via our server dns and then edit the information that way. we will need to have phone call and a TeamViewer session to show and explain how we work and what we need. We will make full payment after 2 weeks of full testing without issues. So please accommodate this in your time frame to finish this program. We will not make payment after the program is made and appears to be working until testing is finished. We can allocate the funds into freelancer and release once we are happy that everything is working and stable. The program needs to run 24/7 on a windows environment.
