daycare website with easily adaptable design (colour changes) and restricted area for logged in users

I need a website designed and coded for a daycare center based on wordpress. features of the website will be: user management contact page with map (option for multiple locations in same map and multiple contact pages with map each) parents and children can be logged on restricted area images can be uploaded and made available only to parents (other logged in users have no access) parents can edit most of their data themselves schedule can be made in backend by admin (which children are on site, when), open slots can be seen in frontend publicly for each location if multiple availability needs to be accessible through api from outside price calculator on frontend (based on details in backend) team page for each location feel free to ask any questions on this project. desired time line is design done within 2 weeks (incl. review and up to 3 cycles of feedback/changes) and after that 3 weeks of coding and testing. please indicate having read and understood all requirements above by starting your bid with * wordpress version 5.3+ free to use any free plugins. design needs to be original, modern, clean, and approached mobile first ownership off all designs and code end up with me hosting will be provided milestones will be created for design, coding, testing and will be released on finalisation of each phase.
