Design an import xls plugin and admin page that integrates with Learndash

I need a plugin that will interact with my wordpress/learndash website. 1) Import an xls spreadsheet file containing the following columns Email Link name Test name Percentage Points received Points available Map these to existing Wordpress Learndash users and lessons/tests already entered into Wordpress and have their scores entered into the DB. If the user and quiz scores already exist -- this import replaces all the data existing in the database. Marks the given user complete with the given Course/Lesson when it matches to a given Quiz of Lesson that already exists So essentially you are overwriting all the data for the given user with regards to learndash except the course expiration time with this import. 2) Have a admin UI where I can look up a user via a wordpress admin plugin page and see all their quiz scores, lessons complete and courses expiration time and update any quiz score, mark completed/uncompleted any lesson as well as their update/change expiration time and have that info stored in the database.
