we dont want to see your company info in your proposal , what we want to see is your understanding of our post here , so write your understanding in your technical way so we can confirm and have confidence if you are good to work with or not. -- We are needing a OpenCart QUOTE module(we have checked the existing modules but couldnt see anything for what we need) for a start we will have no price entered for any product on the products so all will be "0" we want to work with the supplier directly , the way it should work is , Buyers(visitors) will add the products they need into the CART(shopping basket) and they will check the list of things they need and confirm the CART once it is confirmed it should save into Quotes and send to supplier with a unique link to review the CART and edit the prices and submit Shipping cost , the shipping cost the supplier enters , this should be divided auto and added over all onto the products in the CART , so there is no shipping cost mentioned to the Buyers .. in this module settings , we should be able to tick a box to allow system to store entered prices into the system for the products is entered ,. we should be able to add profit margin auto in settings so when supplier submits the Quote with prices back , system would add our profit on top and send the Quote back the Buyers to Agree/Confirm , if it is agreed it should follow the normal payment procedure with paypal . Split payments with paypal , there is adaptive payments with paypal so we can split the pays between supplier and us , so supplier would receive the cost of the products and their costs to their paypal account and we would receive our commission to our paypal account . with your BID , we would like you to reword this above in your own technical way so we can confirm your understanding and knowledge ..
