it can be done using media queries, where website data will be hidden on mobile and vie-versa, it can be done for certain resolutions, like if you want any device whose width is less than 500px(most mobiles) then those devices will see mobile design and others having width more than 500px will see website design

we can easily do it with bootstrap to show anything you want on mobile or desktop with same design

Do you know the widths of your target mobile devices? If that's not possible, then javascript is the way to go. The latter is unreliable however, compared to the former. Yes 100% possible i have done it several times, cliens wants to show some content only on mobile but not on web because of various reasons like content length, special mobile offers etc. I will do this job very good. Also the bid is negotiable if the work is less i will charge you less but i will need to see your website and will need details of what you want to show / hide from mobile users. Thanks
