Experienced Dev For Open Cart Website

Hello, So we are in a bit of a mess. Originally we were working with a Dev to create us 2 Wordpress sites. However, somewhere along the lines we ended up with 2 Open Cart Website on Digital Ocean server. Previously we only worked with Wordpress sites on wpengine servers. So as you can tell we are at a complete lost on how to maneuver these 2 sites. Unfortunately there are a lot of updates we need, the ssl hasn't been added and the dev keeps disappearing so we are not able to get direct answers from him. We would need someone that is experienced with open cart stores and digital ocean servers. We would essentially need you to take over this project. Finish any edits we need and add the ssl. We would also need you to create us a user manual of hot to access/edit the backend so we are able to update features on the website. This is a time sensitive project so I need someone available now to work. I also need to work with a dev that is patient as is okay with a lot of questions as this is a totally new platform for us. If you could just sent us some open cart websites your worked on that would be helpful as well. Thanks
