My price is high because of no beginner level, but may i understand why CI is needed??? If i make it much more faster with pure php, MySQL, your own private Classes ,MVC. If you insist on codeigniter then i will make it like that no problem. Bootstrap can be used if you want (but i recommend materialize, if you want to see demos i have), i have used datatables many times and tablesorter you could use any of those for table sorting.
