Hire a PHP Developer

Hire a PHP Developer Basically I want to start a site that is a buy and sell vendor marketplace. For digital and real products. I am going to start this locally for the city I live in and hopefully will grow within Canada. But I also want to add a few options. Such as having the buyer be able to ship a product in mail or deliver in person. Other features I would like is rental marketplace option. Where people can borrow various things for free or paid. People post want they want to rent or share with their price. Then buyers can check the listings and select what they want, pay for it and contact the owner to get it. Things like need to borrow luggage or camera. Finally, I want an option I guess sort of like Fiverr. Where people can pay to get jobs done. The only difference is I want live jobs as well. If someone needs their lawn cut, help with painting or an item picked up across town they could post a request and price offered and people could accept. I think having a local site that a person can sell their products, and items, borrow or rent items from anyone and get jobs done all in one site would be a hit. I know creating a PHP site can be very expensive. And there are clone sites for great prices. I am wondering how easy it would be to customize them and merge together if they are open source. I really like the look of [login to view URL] and they have the rental marketplace as well. My next question is. Since I don’t really have a clue about this stuff, what would be my best way to go. I am going to need someone that can fix bugs and errors quickly if the site takes off. As well as where can I have someone install it all on a hosting account at a good price (etc.) If you could let me know what your estimate would be to have this done and what kind of budget I am looking at.
