Implement simple API into website and format results on page

Hello, We need a developer who can take our API access credentials and implement the API into a web page. The user fills out an address form on our webpage and the form entries are passed through an API to do a service check. A long text string that contains internet speeds and availability is then passed back. Once this data is passed back, we need the data to be formatted and the results to be show on a results page. This should be very easy for someone familiar with XML and API integration. We already have our access credentials and we will supply those to the developer. You will need to develop and test the application on our live web server because the API uses IP verification for security and only our server IP has permission.
