Need help diagnosing and fixing 2 issues that have shown up today with our videos that pop up in a lightbox. #1 - Fix issue of videos not playing: Some videos work fine such as here: [login to view URL] But all of the videos on this product page open when clicked but will not allow playing: [login to view URL] #2. Once the video lightbox is clicked and then closed by pressing the close X, none of the menus are clickable. You have to refresh the page in order to click on any navigation menu again after the lightbox closes. Need these 2 issues resolved quickly, best turnaround time gets the project.
