This software should look much like the one at [login to view URL] or the [login to view URL] Automated links checking Admin area User login to handle his / her link details Automated link exchange process where the visitor that wants to exchange links enters his info about his site and where to find a link back. The info should be automatically added to a DB after aproval from the admin. There should also be customizable mail templates that handles the link exchange process and other contacts regarding the link exchange process. There is some more details to consider, but lets talk about that later...
