Mac software, generates unique code on photo and prints it, then uploads it to server

Hey, I am a UK based developer with almost 15 years experience and I'd have no trouble at all in creating you a mac based desktop app that can assign a code to an image, print it and save it to a server. I would propose building this using node.js and [login to view URL] (node-webkit) for the UI and could have this completed within 7-10 [login to view URL] it using [login to view URL] will also mean that the code for the app can also be made cross platform in future incase you also ever need to use it on a windows machine. Hey there. Happy to have your attention, if only for a brief second. I read all the project info - good stuff. I know I don’t have so much jobs experience here on Freelancer, but I’m confident I am well qualified to undertake the task at hand and I can provide you with top notch material based on my PHP, SQL and C# skills that will fit your needs. Rather than bore you half to death with some "tousands kilometers" length proposal I will summarize all and I tell you just some of my skills relevant to this job.
