Modify our website PHP

Budget £150 [login to view URL] is a new digital content store. Our users are content creators who upload their digital products to sell. Part of the upload process is the user adding their promotional image. That image is then populated to various parts of the site at different sizes and dimensions. Unfortunately due to poor development work we have found that the user’s largest promotional image is being scaled down for the various applications via HTML in the browser, rather than server side. This has put a tremendous load time on our home page and other pages which is loading dozens of huge images in to the browser, only to scale them down to smaller sizes to display on the page. Our solution is to therefor require a developer to modify and add one of our existing image upload modals to give the user the ability to upload three different images at three different resolutions. The user will then be presented with an upload modal to submit three different image sizes to suit the three different areas of the website, rather than one image size being uploaded and scaling in the browser. The developer should then make changes to the PHP to ensure that each of the three images is then displayed on the three different parts of the website. The developer can modify and repurpose one of our existing models to meet the requirements of this functionality, full Photoshop mockups of the minor alterations to an existing modal are attached to this proposal.
