Need to chnage some php tasks in my shop

Dear Developer, I am using a php skript for my shop and have some tasks that have to changed. Please read them carefully. 1. Need skript for Coupon Codes to send a code per newsletter. Should generate a code name like COUP2021 and this Code have 10% Disscount on whole products in basket. I want to choose the Coupon name and how much discount it have. Also till witch date it is activ. 2. If we have some special offers like free shipping. I want a pop up in the header with countdown like Free shipping ending in 1 Day : 12Hours : 5Min I use this by woocommerce too with a plugin. 3. You can see in the shop [login to view URL] there are pop ups in the button that show name and witch product the user bought. This system is fake we added in a woocommerce plugin names and the plugin choose products from website. I think for this will be any ready script that we can use. 4. If order payment not works, I want to send mail (automaticly after 5 Minutes) to customer that his payment still not done, in the mail should be a link to make the payment. He can choose any payment from the shop and continue his order. Because sometimes user make order but he didn’t had money on the bank. [login to view URL] By this link user can see his pending orders. It will be fine if he can do from here the payment too. [login to view URL] Here will be the orders if the payment is done. 5. If Vendor upload Tracking ID and mark status as shipped, I want to see the tracking ID as admin too. Now only vendor can see tracking id in his dashboard. 6. Status of orders Get order and if payment done -> Processing Get order and payment faild -> waiting payment (Can send invoice by mail with payment link, best will be automaticly after 5 minutes if payment faild) After payment done and order shippend -> Completed 7. I want to see in Admin the history what Vendor done. If he add tracking ID I want to see that like 12.09.2020 at 13:55 User add tracking ID All issues Vendor can change in status I want to see history. 8. Shop have SSL Certificate, have to add this in the website that we have SSL and shop is https:// 9. By payment methods I need gate for klarna payments. [login to view URL] 10. Add email Host details to send mails. 11. Please check the image for add the tax and shipping text. 12. I want to add different taxes for products and this taxes should be visible by task 11. For example some products have 5% Tax and other have 16% Tax. (Only have this 2 taxes options) Customer want to see witch product have witch tax. If you add a product there is a checkbox where you can add a Tax but it will be added additional to the price, but it should be include. 13. If Vendor login in his account he can see a statistic of his sales. Monthly, Daylie, weekly and so on. But I want to see also a statistic of total sales in shop in a Diagram for example. 14. Need to download the language file to translate it all. I want to download the file, translate it and upload the translated file. Now it is in englisch but I need everything in german.
