I need a WHM plugin To manage a list of ip blocklists

I need a small WHM plugin based in PHP in which I can populate a list of URL's in something like a PHP array, And have that plugin modify the [login to view URL] file with the entries that have been enabled in the plugin. So for example, if I have a list of 10 items, They all need to display in the plugin with a flipswitch (for on and off) and whenever one is flipped, it needs to write to the [login to view URL] file and update the contents based on what is enabled removing those that are not enabled, After which csf -r just needs to be run so the system updates.
