One-to-One Event Meeting Scheduler Software

Our company holds events for logistics companies, where they can meet on a one-on-one basis in allocated time slots. It is a little similar to speed dating, except they can select beforehand who they would like to meet with. The software is used for them to select and then approve/reject the meeting slots. They each have a profile with their pertinent details and company details. Before the event, the scheduler is then closed and the system calculates who will be sitting where and table numbers. It also prints out individual schedules for each participant showing which table and when they should be there. We do have a functioning version of the software currently that we could show as an example, but it is very poor quality and not user friendly at all.
