Oscommerce store bugs

This is a tiny job and probably requires like 10minutes of work from somebody with experience in Oscommerce and Creloaded contribs Bid accordingly. I will not accept any bids that overcharge. So if you think its a big job,,, its probably because you can't do it I am a programmer myself so I know the amount of work required is not plenty. I run and program this site myself and basically I upgraded to the latest version of Creloaded. before this the site was working normally now i have the following problems which need to be solved Paypal ipn not being sent back when the order has gone through so it looks like the order never got sent protx module does not send payment information to protx so it looks like the order went through but it didnt
