Payment Integration w/ Authorize.net

This project is quite simple, but requires someone who has experience successfully integrating payment systems with subscription based websites. The website you will be working on is already completed, but I am bringing in someone else to finish the payment integration aspect of it. The team I have now is unable to do this to my satisfaction. This is the story: the website is very similar to a dating site in that it has memberships for people to list their profile. They must pay to register a profile on a monthly or yearly recurring basis, depending on what plan they choose. I need you to set up the site to accept both [login to view URL] transactions. When the payment is completed, the site should list the profile. From their existing control panel, the user should be able to change their plan, cancel their plan, update their credit card information, etc. Site will use https for all transactions. ONLY bid on this if you can show me a few sites where you have done similar work. By similar I mean a subscription based website with recurring billing. I prefer people who understand english perfectly. The winning bidder will also be asked to do other work on the site if they are available and able.
