PDF are generating in wrong format in a form.

Hello Sir, As far as I understood the problem, it seems that there is some issue with the PDF format being attached to the forms. In order to make it work quickly, please contact and let me know the exact issue, so that I can identify the reason behind the issue, and fix it in a robust manner so that it does not occur again.
