Registration Referral Process Programming On the registration page: 1. New customers are to be able to select a name from a drop down arrow for who referred them to the web site. 2. Once that name is selected, that customer’s name, date, Ardyss ID#, referral name, and referral Ardyss ID# will go into a database. 3. At the end of the month, I will be able to go to the back office and run a report on all referrals. 4. Also at registration, there should be a Platinum President option button a customer can select for their position rank. 5. If selected, the Platinum President’s name will be added to the drop down referral list. 6. Platinum President’s Ardyss ID# information will be added to the referral database as a payee. For the Back Office: 1. The monthly report should be in an excel format and an example is attached for your review. 2. It is to sort by the referral’s Ardyss ID#. 3. Each Ardyss ID# will be separated by a thick solid line and a total number of customers that this person referred will be given. 4. The total number of customers will be multiplied by $2.00 and that amount will be provided. 5. If the total number of customers is 5001 or greater, then that number will be multiplied by $3.00 and that number will be provided. 6. ONLY ACTIVE customers will be included in the calculation. 7. The report is to have start date and end date options to select to run the report.
